Make your own gluten free Egg McMuffin and add your favorite ingredients with this recipe.
What you’ll need:
- Gluten Free English Muffins (I used Glutino’s Gluten Free English Muffins)
- Canadian Bacon
- Eggs
- American Cheese
- Butter
- Avocado oil
- Garlic salt
Instructions
- Heat a pan on high heat
- Add avocado oil spray
- Add 2 eggs to pan
- Season with dash of garlic salt
- Break the yolk of the eggs for fried eggs ― cook for 5-6 mins each side.
- For or sunny side up ― do not break the yolk of the egg and cook for 2 mins each side.
- Add 1-2 slices of canadian bacon to the pan and let cook until bronzed
- Toast your gluten free bread in a toaster
- Add butter to your toasted gluten free
- Place eggs, and canadian bacon on the gluten free bread
- Add american cheese
