Eggslut is a small, but very busy restaurant. Arrive early and inform the register of you dietary restrictions. Since Eggslut is a small restaurant, you can watch the cooks prepare meals to ensure they are cautiously preparing your meal. When I visited Eggslut, the head chef prepared my meal.

8oz is a Korean steakhouse located in chinatown. They do not have a gluten free labeled menu, but you can order the unmarinated proteins and sides. If someone else in your party orders something that is not gluten free, request that you have your meat cooked first so cross contact does not occur.
8 oz has quality, fresh food and they never disappoint. Staff is quick and knowledgeable. Make sure to ask about how each dish is made because some sides have soy sauce. I typically order unmarinated beef, or shrimp, and enjoy it with unmarinated veggies, plain white rice, and a side of kimchi. Though simple, it is fresh and wonderful!
